This Privacy Policy explains how Optu AI, Inc. ("Optu AI," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Neatix.ai ("Neatix" or the "Service"), an AI-powered platform that monitors, diagnoses, and automatically fixes issues in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and related tracking implementations.

By accessing or using Neatix, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate Neatix, deliver diagnostics, maintain security, and improve our platform.

A. Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, login credentials, authentication tokens (e.g., Google OAuth), and workspace preferences.
  • Billing information: processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
  • Support messages or uploaded files: if you contact us or provide examples of tracking configurations.

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage and log data: IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, and interaction logs within the Neatix application.
  • Error diagnostics: metadata required to identify issues or crashes.

C. Customer Tracking Configuration Data

To analyze and fix your analytics stack, Neatix may process:

  • GA4 property IDs and configuration details
  • GTM container settings, triggers, tags, and variables
  • Event schemas, parameters, and validation results
  • DebugView or test-mode event payloads
  • Platform metadata about how tracking is integrated into your site

Neatix processes this data solely to generate diagnostics, identify issues, and offer automated fixes.

D. Visitor Data from Customer Websites

Neatix does not collect or store full analytics event streams from your visitors.

However, for diagnosis and validation, Neatix may temporarily process:

  • Pseudonymous identifiers (e.g., GA4 client IDs)
  • Event names and parameters
  • Debug snapshots
  • Pixel request payloads

We do not attempt to identify individuals, and we do not store or resell visitor behavior profiles.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Neatix
  • Analyze and diagnose tracking issues in GA4 and GTM
  • Generate fix recommendations and automated remediations
  • Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI systems
  • Respond to user requests and provide support
  • Send necessary service or account-related communications
  • Enforce security and prevent abuse

We do not use customer event payloads to train public AI models.

Any AI training or fine-tuning is isolated and privacy-preserving.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run Neatix:

  • Hosting & infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, Supabase
  • AI model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar (if used to generate analyses)
  • Payment processing: Stripe
  • Communication: Postmark, SendGrid, or similar

These providers gain access only to data required to perform their services. They may not use your data for their own purposes.

If required by law, we may disclose information to comply with legal requests or enforce our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain information as long as your account remains active or as needed to operate the Service.

Diagnostic logs: short-term retention for debugging

Account and billing information: retained while your account is active

Tracking configuration data: retained to support ongoing monitoring

Customer visitor metadata: processed ephemerally; not stored long-term

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Neatix.ai may use:

  • Essential cookies for session management and authentication
  • Analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to understand product usage
  • LocalStorage for UI preferences

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit, secure access controls, firewalling, and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure.

No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account.

8. International Data Transfers

If you access Neatix from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses when legally required.
